Chow Chow Hamburger Casserole

Level: Easy Prep Time: 10 minutes Cook Time: 45 minutes Servings: 4


  • 2 lbs. ground beef
  • 4 oz. BBQ Sauce
  • 6 tablespoons of Mrs. Campbell’s Hot Chow Chow
  • 1/2 cup crushed crackers


  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit
  • Mix well and make a loaf
  • Place 2 oz. BBQ sauce in the bottom of the casserole dish, add loaf, top with oz. more of BBQ sauce
  • Bake 45 minutes
