Vidalia Onion Hamburger Patties
Prep Time: 10-15 minutes
Cook Time: 10 minutes
- 2 pounds ground beef
- 4 tablespoons Golding Farms® Vidalia Onion Steak Sauce
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1/2 teaspoon salt and pepper
- Preheat grill for high heat
- In a large bowl, mix the ground beef, Golding Farms® Vidalia Onion Steak Sauce, garlic and salt and pepper
- Lightly oil the grill grate
- Grill patties five minutes per side, or until well done
Tips: When cooking on the grill never flip meat more than once. Since the juices rise to the top of the patty excessive flipping will lead to dry burgers.
